At Cabana Banana Case Co., every item is custom printed just for you after your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or phone model selected
- Color preference
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse

Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
Once reviewed, we'll gladly arrange a free replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes can only be made before production has started. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
